Charlies Nail products review & nailart

Hi Friends

I have a fabulous online store for you to check out today!
It's called Charlies Nail Art  online UK nail art supply business.
Charlies nail art aims to be the best nail art supplier in the uk with the biggest range, lowest prices, quick delivery and brilliant customer service.

I was kindly sent 2 products to review!

1 Sheet of gold square nail art foil.
25 flat gold butterfly decals.

They arrived fast and packaged well.

Here are the items I used to create this nail art!

  • Charlies 1 Sheet of gold square nail art foil.
  • Charlies 4  flat gold butterfly decals.
  • Beautyuk polish in Black.
  • Beautyuk matte top coat.
  • Sally Hansen polish in Shocking nude.
  • Barry M all in one base& top coat.
  • Technic nailart striper in Gold.
  • Marker pen in Black.
I started with the base as a base coat on all nails apart from the pointer finger I used the Sally Hansen polish for that finger I gave each nail 2 coats of polish.
Once almost dry but a bit tacky I then took the foil sheet and rubbed it on to the pointer finger and middle finger nail.
I then outlined the pointer finger nail with the Gold striper and I then outlined the middle finger nail with the Black marker pen.
On the ringer finger I went over the nail using the Matte top coat. I applied the flat gold butterfly decals after I applied a top coat and it is all done!

Thanks again to Charlie for sending me the items for review and nail art!
I hope you all enjoyed this post!
I have more posts coming up soon!
Don't forget to follow me if you haven't already thank you.
Have a great day!

Gradient effect leopard print nails!

Hi friends

How are we all? good I hope.
I have been super busy this week but I did manage to do some nailart and take some pics of them on my new camera!
Bare with me on this though as I am still getting use to the different settings so I am still novice to it.

Now on to the nails!

The items I used to create this nail art are as follows

  • Sinful Colors polish in Dream on.
  • W7 polish in Fuchsia.
  • Laval polish in Ultra orange.
  • Barry M base&top coat all in one.
  • Maybelline nailart pen in Black.
  • Dotting tool.
  • Make-up sponge.
I started with a base coat of white polish on all the nails ( beautyuk polish in white out)
Once dry I then took the make-up sponge and painted the 3 colour polishes across the sponge I repeated this step about 3/4 times  making sure each coat was dry inbetween each coat.
once dry I appled the leopard print using the nailart pen freehand to each nail. then using the dotting tool I placed the 2 colours in the spaces between the black.I then finnished this off with a top coat.

I was very pleased with the finnished look! I hope you like it too!

Thanks for stopping by.
More posts coming up very soon!

hello Im back!

Hi friends

Just a quick update...
I guess you all have been wondering where I have been recently?
well I had to take a short break from blogging for personal reasons and also my camera had stopped working but to be fair I really needed a new updated one anyway so I saved my pennys lots of pennys hehe and I have now got myself a nice new one yay!

My new Sony Cyber-shot DSC-H300 20.1 MP Digital camera - Black

Now I love my new camera but I am trying to get use to the settings still and taking close up shots for when I want to take some nailart pics is a bit tricky but I will get there..
This camera is fabulous so far from what I have seen and the zoom is fantastic!

Anyway I want to just let you all know I will be back to my usual blogging self posting regularly with reviews/makeup looks/tips/nail art and bits and bobs here and there.

Okay troops I am going to have a play with my camera and get use to it and the software also,
Have a lovely weekend catch you soon!
