Marie Curie charity daffodil nail art

Hi Friends
I hope your weekend went well?
I have another charity of the month nail art for you today.

I decided to do the Marie Curie Charity Daffodil nail art as the charity also helps not only adults but children and families also.

So I thought I would double up and do this post for my own SassyLittleNails charity of the month nail art challenge March - Children/Youth.
And also for my lovely friend Tracey from bite no more who set up a Facebook page Daffodil Nails for Marie Curie 2014

Marie Curie Nurses provide free end-of-life care to people with terminal illnesses in their own homes, or in Marie Curie Hospices.

Now for my Daffodil nail art :)

List of items I used for my nail art.
  •  Sally Hansen polish in Polar Bare.
  • Maybelline polish in Ceramic Blue.
  • Barry M Gelly polish in Blueberry.
  • Barry M Gelly polish in Greenberry.
  • 2True pro Metallica polish in Aglaia.
  • Inm Out the door Clear top coat.
  • Sally Hansen Dry Kwik clear polish.
  • Acrylic paints various colors.
  • Make up sponge.

I decided to do a gradient base for this manicure so I started with a base coat of Sally Hansen Polar Bare 2 coats.
Then when dry I applied a few strokes of the Maybelline polish on to the make up sponge then quickly added the Blueberry polish then the Greenberry polish and then the 2True Aglaia polish.
I repeated this about 3 times to get the desired effect with color I wanted.
I then Applied the Dry Kwik polish to blend the shades.
Once dry I then started to paint my Daffodils and mixing my paints for the right colors.
I then applied the Inm out the door top coat once finnished then it was complete.

I was happy with the outcome of this manicure I hope you liked it too.
